This notice explains what personal information we collect through enquiry and quote forms, how it is used and how it is protected under POPIA.
We collect only the information needed to answer an enquiry or issue a quotation: your name, company, contact details and the content of your message. Enquiry forms are protected by an anti-bot check, and submissions are stored securely with access restricted to the people handling your request.
Personal information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. It is used to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and fulfil quotations and orders, and to keep the commercial records that South African law requires us to retain.
Under POPIA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we have no legal obligation to keep it. Send any such request through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
