Glove sizes follow EN ISO 21420. Measure the circumference and length of your hand, then read across to the Granberg size that matches the task and the liner thickness.
EN ISO 21420 sets the dimensional and innocuousness requirements that every CE marked glove must meet, including minimum length and dexterity performance. Sizes run from 6 (extra small) through to 12 (triple extra large), based on hand circumference measured around the knuckles and hand length measured from the wrist crease to the tip of the middle finger.
Fit matters as much as certification. A glove that is too large slips on the palm and loses grip and dexterity; one that is too tight causes fatigue and is removed mid task, which is when most hand injuries happen. Coated gloves with a thick thermal or cut resistant liner usually need a size larger than a thin unlined equivalent.
