These terms cover quotations, order acceptance, cancellation and liability for Granberg safety gloves supplied by Knight Safety Gear.
All prices on this site are indicative and every sale is concluded on a written quotation. A quotation is an invitation to order and remains valid for the period stated on it. An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing, at which point the quoted specification, quantity and price become the agreed terms.
We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch, for example where stock is no longer available or where a pricing error is discovered. Where an order is cancelled, any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Product information, EN ratings and technical data are supplied by the manufacturer and are provided for guidance. Selecting the correct glove for a specific hazard remains the responsibility of the employer conducting the risk assessment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under South African law.
